Arthur Aghajanyan CPA
Arthur Aghajanyan, CPA, first began his professional career in the private sector of accounting in 1997 and has been in public accounting since 2004. He has experience in audits, reviews, and other attest services, business consulting, and preparation of corporate, partnership, and personal tax returns.
Prior to starting his own firm, in 2018, Arthur was employed as a manager in two large local CPA firms where he worked with clients from a variety of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, retail, distribution, and nonprofit organizations.
Arthur helps clients to establish internal financial reporting procedures and provides year-end financial reporting services. Arthur believes in proactive tax planning. Throughout the year he keeps business and individual clients informed about tax law changes, opportunities and potential tax liabilities. He assists clients with corporate and individual income tax compliance.
Arthur can assist you regardless of the size of your company or the complexity of the task at hand.
Arthur is fluent in English, Armenian, and Russian.
Arthur is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Tony C Liao CPA, MBT, CFE
Tony is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California with more than 20 years of experience providing assurance, taxation and advisory services to both publicly traded and privately owned companies. His diverse industry exposures include manufacturing, real estate, financial services, state & local government and non-profit.
In addition to being a CPA, Tony is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
Tony graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a BA in Economics and from University of Southern California with a Master Degree in Business Taxation.
Tony is a fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
